1. Subject of the Agreement
AgroTech Company (hereinafter referred to as the "Supplier") provides users (hereinafter referred to as the "Client") with access to an online platform for soil analysis, crop cultivation recommendations, and automatic irrigation system management (hereinafter referred to as the "Services").
Services are provided through the website retrojive.com and related digital services. The actual provision of services related to equipment supply is carried out under separate contracts.
2. Rights and Obligations of the Parties
Supplier's Obligations:
Provide access to the platform's functionality according to the selected tariff. Ensure technical support and consultations on using the services.
Client's Obligations:
- Provide accurate data during registration and use of the services.
- Use the platform and received recommendations solely for lawful agricultural purposes.
- Do not transfer access to your account to third parties.
- Timely pay for the provided services according to the selected tariff plan.
3. Limitation of Liability
Recommendations generated by the platform are for informational and analytical purposes only. The Client makes the final agrotechnical decisions and bears full responsibility for their results.
The Supplier is not liable for losses arising from:
- Incorrect data entry or distortion by the Client.
- The Client's failure to comply with agrotechnical recommendations or instructions.
- Force majeure circumstances affecting system operations.
The Supplier's maximum aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid by the Client for the services giving rise to the claim within the 6 (six) months preceding the claim.
4. Payment and Refund Terms
Payment for services is made by subscription or one-time, depending on the selected package. All prices are indicated on the website and include VAT, unless otherwise provided by law.
A refund for an unused subscription period is possible within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of payment, provided that access to the platform has not been activated. To initiate a refund, please contact support.
5. Termination of Use and Amendment of Terms
The Client has the right to stop using the services at any time by canceling the subscription in the personal account. The Supplier reserves the right to suspend or terminate the Client's access to the platform in case of a material breach of these terms.
These Terms may be amended by the Supplier. The current version is always published on this page. Continued use of the Services after amendments are made means the Client agrees to the new version.
